If someone took a large handful of great Zeppelin songs and blended them all together, it would sound like this.
These guys could capture the spirit of LZ, without copying them at all, and putting their own individual stamp on it.
First time I heard this, it was premiered on a local rock station. I had just turned 15 yrs old. The dj said before the song even played, that "these guys sound a lot like LZ...check this out!"
As a huge Zep fan, I was very interested in listening to it.
As soon as the first few notes played, I fell deeply in love with the song, and it just kept getting better and better the longer it played.
Within the half hour, I had that album in my hands. I RUSHED out on my bike to go buy it, and I've never regretted it. It's still on my shelf with my favorite record albums.
