Review by Diego Quadros

Enrique Linares' album Brujeria is a captivating fusion of traditional Latin American music and contemporary electronic beats. The album takes the listener on a journey through a range of emotions, from the upbeat and lively "Cumbia del Diablo" to the haunting and introspective "La Bruja."

Linares' use of traditional instruments such as the maracas and guiro, combined with electronic beats and synths, creates a unique and innovative sound. The album also features collaborations with other Latin American artists, adding a diverse range of vocals and instrumentation to the mix.

The standout track on the album is "El Canto de la Serpiente," which showcases Linares' impressive vocal range and ability to create a hypnotic melody. The lyrics, which are sung in Spanish, are poetic and mysterious, adding to the album's overall sense of intrigue and mysticism.
