The album features some of the most talented artists from the era, including Survivor, Toto, and Journey, among others. The tracks are a combination of rock, pop, and ballads, making it a diverse collection of music that is sure to please fans of AOR.

The album's opening track, "Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor, sets the tone for the rest of the album, and the energy never lets up. After releasing a couple of solo albums in the 80s and producing some artists, Frédéric decided to start a one man band.
